I joined Cami’s coaching at the beginning of January after searching and trying many different dieting and training methods and this definitely hands down has been one of the best ways I have managed to keep motivated and determined to try my best. I have previously followed Cami for a long time and always thought of her to be a huge inspiration as I loved her mindset on life and how easy it can be to amend small things in your days for the best and when I was ready to improve on things asa new year resolution, its when I started her coaching app! Also, the idea of having someone you can reach out to 24/7 for any questions, recommendations, tips or simply to have a conversation is highly helpful and allows you to know that there will always be an answer to whatever you’re needing with an extremely helpful, care free and non-judgemental answer on the other end always :)
This coaching has been an incredible thing to incorporate into my daily life and has highly motivated me to try new things and improve not only my physical health but also my mental health. Having the suggestion of taking a moment of your day to journal is something I had not initially thought of but I feel more ready for my day and relaxed having written down any feelings, goals or memorable moments I want to keep safe in a cute diary that I keep with me. Also having the digital check-in list is so good as I love to see things being completed each day and I enjoy sitting at the end of the day to complete this and reflect on what I have managed to achieve and if I haven’t done a specific thing I will look at new ways on how I can change and reflect in my next coming days available.
My overall experience of this has been incredible and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who’s needing a friend, coach and motivator all in one! I have definitely changed things in my life in the last month and I now love and enjoy working out, and having my plan all set out ready to follow has helped insane amounts as I always struggled to find something that was continuous and good for me to jump into everyday but I always know I have something ready for myself that I can complete after a day at work. I feel a lot more content with my lifestyle and its genuinely more enjoyable and free feeling just having someone to connect with and help me out as I would have still been feeling lost!
